Joan knows that the first job of a legislator is to listen and serve the people she represents. She has prioritized building relationships with local elected officials and has focused on engaging with voters throughout the district.

Joan believes that state financial support for our public schools and local municipalities is an important step to reduce the burden on property taxpayers. She understands that housing and healthcare should be both accessible and affordable. She will continue to bring her commonsense perspective and ability to work with others to the State Assembly.
